What is Grow&Win?

The Grow & Win Online Learning Platform, established in 2021, aims to empower Burmese immigrants in the United States with knowledge and skills to manage their finances. The founder, Win Myat Thu, recognized that many members of the community were facing significant financial difficulties due to a lack of understanding of financial concepts and safe investment options. The platform was founded to educate and empower the community in the basic concepts of finance, investment, retirement planning and wealth building.

Win Myat Thu, a Myanmar-born immigrant who moved to the United States in 2010, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. She has a background in computer science, finance, and marketing. She has a Bachelor's degree in computer science from Myanmar, a Bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Maryland, and a Master's degree in knowledge management from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

She also has several years of experience working in financial analytics and business development for Fortune 200 companies. In 2021, Win left her corporate career to focus on her passion for real estate investing and teaching others about financial literacy. She is also licensed as a real estate broker and health and life insurance producer in Washington, California, and New Jersey.
